Smoked Ginger Spice Rub

This spice rub is hand-made from all organic ingredients including: house smoked amber sea salt, house smoked ginger, freshly ground smoked black and white pepper corns and various spices that give a round, semi-sweet flavor to meats and vegetables. Cali BBQ Spice Rub
